RFQ Details

We hereby confirm that we are ready, willing, and able to
purchase the following commodity
as per specification, quantity and price stated in the terms and
conditions below.

- Commodity : Iron Ore
- Origin : India
- Specification : Fe 63% (Rejection below 62.5%)
(Please advise other specification and sizes)
- Quantity : 1, 800, 000MT for year, it can be extended to three(3) years
- Shipment : 150, 000 per month, partial shipment to be allowed
- Price Term :FOB main port
- Loading port : To be declared on FCO
- Inpection : To be final by SGS and CIQ inspection
- Payment : 100% Irrevocable, transferable Letter of Credit at sight.
95% by SGS at loading port, 5% by CIQ at discharging port
- Delivery : Within 30days at loading port after receipt of L/C


- Validity : By Jan. 31st, 2010
